Thank you for choosing Sea 92 Sea Moss! We take pride in delivering the highest quality wildcrafted and organic sea moss blends to our customers. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time

  • All orders are freshly made to ensure the highest quality.
  • Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • All orders are shipped via Priority Shipping to ensure freshness.
  • Transit times vary by location but generally take 1–3 business days after processing.

Perishable Product Notice

Our Sea Moss gel is a perishable product and must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

Ingredients: Wildcrafted Sea Moss, Organic Hibiscus, Ginger, Agave & Alkaline Water
Directions: Must be refrigerated. Use within 14 days.

To ensure product integrity:

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday to prevent packages from being delayed over the weekend.
  • If an order is placed after 12 PM (ET) on Wednesday, it may be shipped the following Monday.

Warm Weather & Delivery Responsibility

  • During warmer months, we include cool packs to help preserve freshness, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Please track your package closely and refrigerate your product immediately upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for packages left outside for extended periods.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of our product, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to make it right.
